Not all it was cracked up to be, the now defunct wing of Ponoka's mental asylum, made entirely of fireproof materials, sits as a historic monument to times past when treatments were relatively limited. Proof of just how much life can resemble hell on earth, this abandoned building speaks of how people with debilitating mental illness were oftentimes abandoned themselves. Party on, dudes.
